David Charles Zarebinski

David Zarebinski is co-founder and managing director of Deutsche Prime and a seasoned expert in structuring and executing high-value real estate transactions across Europe. He currently serves as Managing Director of Upside Berlin GmbH, EWIG Capital GmbH, and Berlin Reichenwalde Development GmbH, and is also a Director of the Luxembourg-based SAM Invest S.A.
Before founding Deutsche Prime, David worked in investment banking at Fortis Nederland, where he specialized in European cross-border M&A. His legal training and sharp transactional instincts make him a key driver of Deutsche Prime’s strategic acquisitions, especially in complex or non-standard situations, such as insolvency proceedings or distressed portfolios.
David holds a law degree from University College London (UCL) and also studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is fluent in English, German, and Swedish.
Johannes Carl Friedrich Ern

Johannes Ern represents the fifth generation of the Ern-Gruppe, a historic German family business founded over 150 years ago in Solingen. He joined the family company in 2012 and led its transformation into a modern family office focused on alternative investment.
Johannes manages multiple asset holding and development companies under the Deutsche Prime structure. His expertise lies in asset repositioning, development coordination, and hands-on portfolio growth. Under his leadership, the company has developed and executed multiple revitalization and transformation projects, particularly in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate.
Johannes studied business at the European University in Barcelona and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and is fluent in English and German.
